23. Allen⁴ Kimbro (George³, Powell Paul², Heinrich¹) was born in Shelbyville, Bedford Co., TN about 1813. Allen died before 1859.

He married Mary L. Elkins. Mary became the mother of David Alexander Kimbro about 1842. Mary became the mother of Thomas Kimbro about 1843. Mary became the mother of Benjamin S. Kimbro 1846. Mary became the mother of George Kimbro about 1848. Mary became the mother of Richard Kimbro about 1850. Mary became the mother of Allen Kimbro Jr. about 1855.

Allen became the father of David Alexander Kimbro about 1842. Allen became the father of Thomas Kimbro about 1843. At 33 years of age Allen became the father of Benjamin S. Kimbro 1846. Allen became the father of George Kimbro about 1848. Allen became the father of Richard Kimbro about 1850. Allen became the father of Allen Kimbro Jr. about 1855.

Allen Kimbro and Mary L. Elkins had the following children:

32 i. David Alexander⁵ Kimbro was born about 1842.

33 ii. Thomas Kimbro was born about 1843.

34 iii. Benjamin S. Kimbro was born 1846. Benjamin died 1915 at 69 years of age. His body was interred 1915 in Bedford Co., TN, Three Forks Church Cemetery. He married Ellen ?. Ellen was born 1854. Ellen died 1888 at 34 years of age. Her body was interred 1888 in Bedford Co., TN, Three Forks Church Cemetery.

35 iv. George Kimbro was born about 1848.

36 v. Richard Kimbro was born about 1850.

37 vi. Allen Kimbro Jr. was born about 1855.
