At 33 years of age Caroline became the mother of Thomas J. Adams in MO, March, 1857. Caroline became the mother of Daniel D. Adams in MO, circa 1859. Caroline became the mother of Harriet A. Adams in MO, circa 1861. At 38 years of age Caroline became the mother of Amanda Jane Adams in MO, February, 1862.

Daniel became the father of Elizabeth Adams in MO, circa 1852. Daniel became the father of Robert W. Adams in MO, circa 1855. At 34 years of age Daniel became the father of Thomas J. Adams in MO, March, 1857. Daniel became the father of Daniel D. Adams in MO, circa 1859. Daniel became the father of Harriet A. Adams in MO, circa 1861. At 38 years of age Daniel became the father of Amanda Jane Adams in MO, February, 1862.

Daniel D. Adams and Caroline ? had the following children:

Lucius was born in Warren Co., KY April 5, 1857. Lucius was the son of William Mastin Townes and Mary C. ?. Lucius died September 10, 1887 in Benton, MO, at 30 years of age. At 28 years of age Lucius became the father of Daniel Lucius (D.L.) Townes in Scott Co., MO, September 11, 1885. (See Lucius Aurelius Townes for the continuation of this line.) She married Fred O. Yeakley. Fred was born in Lexington, Fayette Co., KY 1872.

At 23 years of age Amanda became the mother of Daniel Lucius (D.L.) Townes in Scott Co., MO, September 11, 1885.
